It started out life as an experiment, ages ago, on the embellisher and then I embroidered it to within an inch of its life. This is the piece before it was turned into a book cover.
I won't go on about our rotten weather as I know there are people who are suffering a lot, lot worse but on a grey wet Sunday when Maggie Grey tells you to slash a catalogue or directory what else would you do?

Sometimes we need to recharge our blogging batteries - but it's good to get back to it isn't it. I have just had delivery of my first Maggie Grey book - I'm going to have a cuppa now and look inside! Good old Amazon. There's nothing like one of their boxes on the doorstep when you get in from work!

Yes, I agree with Jolly we need to recharge our bloggingbatteries sometimes, I have a long bloggingbreak every summer and it´s very good for me I think. I am very tired now, I have had a bad cold, so I haven´t created so much new thing
